테프론(ETFE) Lining 핀홀(Pin-Hole) 테스트 영상

안녕하세요! 오래간만이네요...ㅠ
지금까지 올렸던 테프론 열교환기와는 다른 주력 제품을 소개해드리려고 하는데요.

라이닝이란 각종 배관자재에 적용되는 제품입니다,
부식성이 높은 약액이 지나가는 라인에 적용되구요.
내부에 라이닝이 되어있는 테프론의 종류는 ETFE입니다.

라이닝의 종류에는 주로 ETFE, PFA, PTFE이 있습니다.

핀홀테스트란 라이닝이 완료된 후에 LEAK가 있는지 없는지 확인하는 작업이라고 봐주시면 됩니다.

PTFE lined pipe flaring process _ ptfe tube flaring

PTFE lined pipe flaring process during production.

PTFE lined pipes is manufacturing with the following steps
carbon steel or stainless steel pipe welded with flanges on both ends surface preparation of flanges
PTFE tube inserted with tight tolerance
Hot air blow with a hot gun on PTFE tube outside flange surface
On the plastic stage ( approx.330 - 340 deg. c ) when the color looks transparent, the first tool bends it, and the second tool press it to the flange with the shape of the flange side, It sticks to the flange sealing area to form a gasket. since PTFE is softer material it also works like a gasket itself.

The main purpose of flaring PTFE tube is to get the complete surface of PTFE so, in process of chemical or any media, it never gets direct contact with the metal surface.
